अदो॒ य॒द् अवधा॒वत्य् अवत्क॒म् अ॒धि प॒र्वतात् ।
त॒त् ते कृणोमि भेषजं॒ सु॒भेषजं य॒था॒ससि ॥१॥

adó yád avadhā́vaty avatkám ádhi párvatāt |
tát te kr̥ṇomi bheṣajáṃ súbheṣajaṃ yáthā́sasi ||1||

Что стекает там
Низвергающееся с горы,
То делаю я тебе лекарством,
Чтобы было ты хорошим лекарством.

That little spring of water which is running downward from the
hill
I turn to healing balm for thee that thou mayst be good
medicine.

The spring-water yonder which runs down upon the mountain, that do I render healing for thee, in order that thou mayest contain a potent remedy.

avś_02.003.02.

आ॒द् अङ्गा॒ कुवि॒द् अङ्ग॒ शतं॒ या॒ भेषजा॒नि ते ।
ते॒षाम् असि त्व॒म् उत्तम॒म् अनास्राव॒म् अ॒रोगणम् ॥२॥

ā́d aṅgā́ kuvíd aṅgá śatáṃ yā́ bheṣajā́ni te |
téṣām asi tvám uttamám anāsrāvám árogaṇam ||2||

Ну вот! Разве не так?
(Та) сотня лекарств, что (есть) у тебя, Из них ты самое лучшее: Без истечения, без болезни.

Hither and onward! Well! Come on! Among thy hundred
remedies
Most excellent of all art thou, curing disease and morbid flow.

Then surely, yea quite surely, of the hundred remedies contained in thee, thou art the most superior in checking discharges and removing pain.

avś_02.003.03.

नीचैः॒ खनन्त्य् अ॒सुरा अरुस्रा॒णम् इदं॒ मह॒त् ।
त॒द् आस्राव॒स्य भेषजं॒ त॒द् उ रो॒गम् अनीनशत् ॥३॥

nīcáiḥ khananty ásurā arusrā́ṇam idáṃ mahát |
tád āsrāvásya bheṣajáṃ tád u rógam anīnaśat ||3||

Вниз закапывают асуры
Это великое средство от ран.
Это лекарство от истечения.
Ведь оно заставило болезнь исчезнуть.

The Asuras bury deep in earth this mighty thing that healeth
wounds.
This is the cure for morbid flow, this driveth malady away.

Deep down do the Asuras bury this great healer of wounds: that is the cure for discharges, and thal hath removed disease.

avś_02.003.04.

उपजी॒का उ॒द् भरन्ति समुद्रा॒द् अ॒धि भेषज॒म् ।
त॒द् आस्राव॒स्य भेषजं॒ त॒द् उ रो॒गम् अशीशमत् ॥४॥

upajī́kā úd bharanti samudrā́d ádhi bheṣajám |
tád āsrāvásya bheṣajáṃ tád u rógam aśīśamat ||4||

Муравьи извлекают
Лекарство из океана.
Это лекарство от истечения.
Ведь оно заставило болезнь успокоиться.

The emmets from the water-flood produce this healing medicine:
This is the cure for morbid flow, this driveth malady away.

The ants bring the remedy from the sea: that is the cure for discharges, and that hath quieted disease.

avś_02.003.05.

अरुस्रा॒णम् इदं॒ मह॒त् पृथिव्या॒ अ॒ध्य् उ॒द्भृतम् ।
त॒द् आस्राव॒स्य भेषजं॒ त॒द् उ रो॒गम् अनीनशत् ॥५॥

arusrā́ṇam idáṃ mahát pr̥thivyā́ ádhy údbhr̥tam |
tád āsrāvásya bheṣajáṃ tád u rógam anīnaśat ||5||

Это великое средство от ран.
Оно извлечено из-под земли.
Это лекарство от истечения.
Ведь оно заставило болезнь исчезнуть.

Mighty is this wound-healing balm: from out the earth was it
produced.
This is the cure for morbid flow, this driveth malady away.

This great healer of wounds has been gotten out of the earth: that is the cure for discharges, and that hath removed disease.

avś_02.003.06.

शं॒ नो भवन्त्व् अप॒ ओ॒षधयः शिवाः॒ ।
इ॒न्द्रस्य व॒ज्रो अ॒प हन्तु रक्ष॒स आरा॒द् वि॒सृष्टा इ॒षवः पतन्तु रक्ष॒साम् ॥६॥

śáṃ no bhavantv apá óṣadhayaḥ śivā́ḥ |
índrasya vájro ápa hantu rakṣása ārā́d vísr̥ṣṭā íṣavaḥ patantu rakṣásām ||6||

Да будут нам на благо воды, милостивы травы!
Да поразит ракшасов дубина грома Индры!
Да улетят далеко прочь выпущенные стрелы ракшасов!

Bless us the Waters! be the Plants auspicious!
May Indra's thunderbolt drive off the demons. Far from us fall
the shafts they shoot against us!

May the waters afford us welfare, may the herbs be propitious to us I Indra's bolt shall beat off the Rakshas, far (from us) shall fly the arrows cast by the Rakshas!
