इ॒न्द्रस्य या॒ मही॒ दृष॒त् क्रि॒मेर् वि॒श्वस्य त॒र्हणी ।
त॒या पिनष्मि सं॒ क्रि॒मीन् दृष॒दा ख॒ल्वां इव ॥१॥

índrasya yā́ mahī́ dr̥ṣát krímer víśvasya tárhaṇī |
táyā pinaṣmi sáṃ krímīn dr̥ṣádā khálvām̐ iva ||1||

Великий жернов, что у Индры,
Давитель любого червя,
Им я перемалываю червей, Как зерна кхалва - жерновом.

With Indra's mighty millstone, that which crushes worms of
every sort,
I bray and bruise the worms to bits like vetches on the grinding
stone.

With Indra's great mill-stone, that crushes all vermin, do I grind to pieces the worms, as lentils with a mill-stone.

avś_02.031.02.

दृष्ट॒म् अदृ॒ष्टम् अतृहम् अ॒थो कुरू॒रुम् अतृहम् ।
अल्ग॒ण्डून्त् स॒र्वान् छलु॒नान् क्रि॒मीन् व॒चसा जम्भयामसि ॥२॥

dr̥ṣṭám adŕ̥ṣṭam atr̥ham átho kurū́rum atr̥ham |
algáṇḍūnt sárvān chalúnān krímīn vácasā jambhayāmasi ||2||

Видимого-невидимого я раздавил,
А также куруру я раздавил.
Алганду, всех шалуна -
Червей мы расплющиваем заговором.

The Seen and the Invisible, and the Kurūru have I crushed:
Alāndus, and all Chhalunas, we bruise to pieces with our spell.

I have crushed the visible and the invisible worm, and the kurūru, too, I have crushed. All the algandu and the saluna, the worms, we grind to pieces with our charm.

avś_02.031.03.

अल्ग॒ण्डून् हन्मि महता॒ वधे॒न दूना॒ अ॒दूना अरसा॒ अभूवन् ।
शिष्टा॒न् अ॒शिष्टान् नि॒ तिरामि वाचा॒ य॒था क्रि॒मीणां न॒किर् उछि॒षातै ॥३॥

algáṇḍūn hanmi mahatā́ vadhéna dūnā́ ádūnā arasā́ abhūvan |
śiṣṭā́n áśiṣṭān ní tirāmi vācā́ yáthā krímīṇāṃ nákir uchíṣātai ||3||

Алганду я убиваю великим смертельным оружием. Спаленные-неспаленные, они лишились сока. Оставшихся-неоставшихся я подавляю заговором, Чтоб никто из червей не уцелел!

I kill Alāndus with a mighty weapon: burnt or not burnt they
now have lost their vigour .
Left or not left, I with the spell subdue them: let not a single
worm remain uninjured.

The algandu do I smite with a mighty weapon: those that have been burned, and those that have not been burned, have become devoid of strength. Those that are left and those that are not left do I destroy with my song, so that not one of the worms be left.

avś_02.031.04.

अ॒न्वान्त्र्यं शी॒र्षण्य॑म् अ॒थो पा॒र्ष्टेयं क्रि॒मीन् ।
अवस्कवं॒ व्यध्वरं॒ क्रि॒मीन् व॒चसा जम्भयामसि ॥४॥

ánvāntryaṃ śī́rṣaṇyàm átho pā́rṣṭeyaṃ krímīn |
avaskaváṃ vyadhvaráṃ krímīn vácasā jambhayāmasi ||4||

Кишечного, головного,
А также реберного червя, Аваскава, вьядхвара - червей Мы расплющиваем заговором.

The worm that lives within the ribs, within the bowels, in the
head.
Avaskava and Borer, these we bruise to pieces with the spell.

The worm which is in the entrails, and he that is in the head, likewise the one that is in the ribs: avaskava and vyadhvara, the worms, do we crush with (this) charm.

avś_02.031.05.

ये॒ क्रि॒मयः प॒र्वतेशु व॒नेष्व् ओ॒षधीषु पशु॒ष्व् अप्स्व् अ॑न्तः॒ ।
ये॒ अस्मा॒कं तन्व॑म् आविविशुः॒ स॒र्वं त॒द् धन्मि ज॒निम क्रि॒मीणाम् ॥५॥

yé krímayaḥ párvateśu váneṣv óṣadhīṣu paśúṣv apsv àntáḥ |
yé asmā́kaṃ tanvàm āviviśúḥ sárvaṃ tád dhanmi jánima krímīṇām ||5||

Червей, что в горах, в лесах,
В травах, в скоте, в глубине вод, (Тех), что проникли в наше тело, - Я убиваю весь этот род червей.

Worms that are found on mountains, in the forests, that live in
plants, in cattle, in the waters,
Those that have made their way within our bodies,—these I
destroy, the worms' whole generation.

The worms that are within the mountains, forests, plants, cattle, and the waters, those that have settled in our bodies, all that brood of the worms do I smite.
