avś_03.030.01.
स॒हृदयं सांमनस्य॒म् अ॒विद्वेषं कृणोमि वः ।
अन्यो॒ अन्य॒म् अभि॒ हर्यत वत्सं॒ जात॒म् इवाघ्न्या॒ ॥१॥
sáhr̥dayaṃ sāṃmanasyám ávidveṣaṃ kr̥ṇomi vaḥ |
anyó anyám abhí haryata vatsáṃ jātám ivāghnyā́ ||1||
Я создаю вам единство сердец, Единство мыслей, невраждебность. Относитесь с любовью друг к другу, Как корова к новорожденному теленку!
Freedom from hate I bring to you, concord and unanimity.
Love one another as the cow loveth the calf that she hath borne.
Unity of heart, and unity of mind, freedom from hatred, do I procure for you. Do ye take delight in one another, as a cow in her (new-) born calf!
avś_03.030.02.
अ॒नुव्रतः पितुः॒ पुत्रो॒ मात्रा॒ भवतु सं॒मनाः ।
जाया॒ प॒त्ये म॒धुमतीं वा॒चं वदतु शन्तिवा॒म् ॥२॥
ánuvrataḥ pitúḥ putró mātrā́ bhavatu sáṃmanāḥ |
jāyā́ pátye mádhumatīṃ vā́caṃ vadatu śantivā́m ||2||
Да будет сын послушным отцу, Согласным с матерью!
Жена мужу пусть произносит Медовую речь, благодатную!
One-minded with his mother let the son be loyal to his sire.
Let the wife, calm and gentle, speak words sweet as honey to her
lord.
The son shall be devoted to his father, be of the same mind with his mother; the wife shall speak honied, sweet, words to her husband!
avś_03.030.03.
मा॒ भ्रा॒ता भ्रा॒तरं द्विक्षन् मा॒ स्व॒सारम् उत॒ स्व॒सा ।
सम्य॒ञ्चः स॒व्रता भूत्वा॒ वा॒चं वदत भद्र॒या ॥३॥
mā́ bhrā́tā bhrā́taraṃ dvikṣan mā́ svásāram utá svásā |
samyáñcaḥ sávratā bhūtvā́ vā́caṃ vadata bhadráyā ||3||
Пусть брат не ненавидит брата, А сестра не (ненавидит) сестру! Оборотившись друг к другу, следуя одному обету, Речь произносите по-доброму!
No brother hate his brother, no sister to sister be unkind.
Unanimous, with one intent, speak ye your speech in friend-
liness.
The brother shall not hate the brother, and the sister not the sister! Harmonious, devoted to the same purpose, speak ye words in kindly spirit!
avś_03.030.04.
ये॒न देवा॒ न॒ विय॒न्ति नो॒ च विद्विष॒ते मिथः॒ ।
त॒त् कृण्मो ब्र॒ह्म वो गृहे॒ संज्ञा॒नं पु॒रुषेभ्यः ॥४॥
yéna devā́ ná viyánti nó ca vidviṣáte mitháḥ |
tát kr̥ṇmo bráhma vo gr̥hé saṃjñā́naṃ púruṣebhyaḥ ||4||
Благодаря чему боги не расходятся в разные стороны И не питают взаимной ненависти -
То заклинание мы творим в вашем доме, Согласие между людьми!
That spell through which Gods sever not, nor ever bear each
other hate,
That spell we lay upon your home, a bond of union for the
men.
That charm which causes the gods not to disagree, and not to hate one another, that do we prepare in your house, as a means of agreement for your folk.
avś_03.030.05.
ज्या॒यस्वन्तश् चित्ति॒नो मा॒ वि॒ यौष्ट संराध॒यन्तः स॒धुराश् च॒रन्तः ।
अन्यो॒ अन्य॒स्मै वल्गु॒ व॒दन्त ए॒त सध्रीची॒नान् वः सं॒मनसस् क्र्णोमि ॥५॥
jyā́yasvantaś cittíno mā́ ví yauṣṭa saṃrādháyantaḥ sádhurāś cárantaḥ |
anyó anyásmai valgú vádanta éta sadhrīcī́nān vaḥ sáṃmanasas krṇomi ||5||
Подчиняясь старшим, понимая (друг друга), не разъединяйтесь,
Доставляя удовлетворение, идя под одним ярмом!
Ступайте, говоря друг другу приветливое!
Я делаю вас стремящимися к одной цели, единомышленниками!
Intelligent, submissive, rest united, friendly and kind, bearing
the yoke together.
Come, speaking sweetly each one to the other. I make you one-
intentioned and one-minded.
Following your leader, of (the same) mind, do ye not hold yourselves apart! Do ye come here, co-operating, going along the same wagon-pole, speaking agreeably to one another! I render you of the same aim, of the same mind.
avś_03.030.06.
समानी॒ प्रपा॒ सह॒ वो ऽन्नभागः॒ समाने॒ यो॒क्त्रे सह॒ वो युनज्मि ।
सम्य॒ञ्चो ऽग्निं॒ सपर्यतारा॒ ना॒भिम् इवाभि॒तः ॥६॥
samānī́ prapā́ sahá vo 'nnabhāgáḥ samāné yóktre sahá vo yunajmi |
samyáñco 'gníṃ saparyatārā́ nā́bhim ivābhítaḥ ||6||
(Да будет) у вас то же место для питья, общая доля в еде!
Я запрягаю вас вместе в общую упряжку!
Служите Агни, объединившись,
Как спицы (колеса) - вокруг ступицы!
Let what you drink, your share of food be common together,
with one common bond I bid you.
Serve Agni, gathered round him like the spokes about the
chariot nave.
Identical shall be your drink, in common shall be your share of food! I yoke you together in the same traces: do ye worship Agni, joining together, as spokes around about the hub!
avś_03.030.07.
सध्रीची॒नान् वः सं॒मनसस् कृणोम्य् ए॒कश्नुष्टीन्त् संव॒ननेन स॒र्वान् ।
देवा॒ इवामृ॒तं र॒क्षमाणाः सायं॒प्रातः सौमनसो॒ वो अस्तु ॥७॥
sadhrīcī́nān vaḥ sáṃmanasas kr̥ṇomy ékaśnuṣṭīnt saṃvánanena sárvān |
devā́ ivāmŕ̥taṃ rákṣamāṇāḥ sāyáṃprātaḥ saumanasó vo astu ||7||
Я делаю вас стремящимися к одной цели, единомышленниками, Послушными одному приказу - с помощью заговора,
примиряющего всех! (Будьте) как боги, защищающие амриту! Утром и вечером да будет у вас доброжелательность!
With binding charm I make you all united, obeying one sole
leader and one-minded.
Even as the Gods who watch and guard the Amrit, at morn and
eve may ye be kindly-hearted.
I render you of the same aim, of the same mind, all paying deference to one (person) through my harmonising charm. Like the gods that are guarding the ambrosia, may he (the leader) be welldisposed towards you, night and day!
