इ॒न्द्राय सो॒मम् ऋत्विजः सुनो॒ता॒ च धावत ।
स्तोतु॒र् यो॒ व॒चः शृण॒वद् ध॒वं च मे ॥१॥

índrāya sómam r̥tvijaḥ sunótā́ ca dhāvata |
stotúr yó vácaḥ śr̥ṇávad dhávaṃ ca me ||1||

Для Индры, о жрецы, выжимайте
Сому и подливайте (воду),
(Для Индры), который пусть услышит речь восхвалителя
и мой призыв!

For Indra, ministering priests! run ye and press the Soma juice,
That he may hear his praiser's word, and this my call.

Press the soma, ye priests, and rinse it (for renewed pressing), in behalf of Indra who shall listen to the song of the worshipper, and to my call!

avś_06.002.02.

आ॒ यं॒ विश॒न्ती॒न्दवो व॒यो न॒ वृक्ष॒म् अ॒न्धसः ।
वि॒रप्शिन् वि॒ मृ॒धो जहि रक्षस्वि॒नीः ॥२॥

ā́ yáṃ viśántī́ndavo váyo ná vr̥kṣám ándhasaḥ |
vírapśin ví mŕ̥dho jahi rakṣasvínīḥ ||2||

(Он тот), в кого входят капли
Сомы, как птицы (устраиваются) на дереве.
Переполненный силой, разбей врагов, одержимых ракшасами.

Thou into whom the drops find way as sap pours life into a
tree,
Drive off in thine abundant might our demon foes.

Do thou, O doughty (Indra), whom the drops of soma enter as birds a tree, beat off the hostile brood of the Rakshas!

avś_06.002.03.

सुनो॒ता सोमपा॒व्ने सो॒मम् इ॒न्द्राय वज्रि॒णे ।
यु॒वा जे॒ते॒शानः स॒ पुरुष्टुतः॒ ॥३॥

sunótā somapā́vne sómam índrāya vajríṇe |
yúvā jétéśānaḥ sá puruṣṭutáḥ ||3||

Выжимайте сому для Индры,
Пьющего сому громовержца!
Юный, победитель, властитель, (он) много восхвален.

For Indra, thunder-armed, who drinks the Soma press the Soma
out:
He, youthful, conqueror, and Lord is praised by all.

Press ye the soma for Indra, the soma-drinker, who wields the thunderbolt! A youthful victor and ruler is he, praised by many men.
