सिंहे॒ व्याघ्र॒ उत॒ या॒ पृ॒दाकौ त्वि॒षिर् अग्नौ॒ ब्राह्मणे॒ सू॒र्ये या॒ ।
इ॒न्द्रं या॒ देवी॒ सुभ॒गा जजा॒न सा॒ न ऐ॒तु व॒र्चसा संविदाना॒ ॥१॥
siṃhé vyāghrá utá yā́ pŕ̥dākau tvíṣir agnáu brāhmaṇé sū́rye yā́ |
índraṃ yā́ devī́ subhágā jajā́na sā́ na áitu várcasā saṃvidānā́ ||1||
Какой блеск у льва, у тигра, у гадюки, Какой у огня, у брахмана, у солнца - (Та) счастливая богиня, что родила Индру, Пусть придет она к нам вместе с великолепием!
What energy the lion hath, the tiger, adder, and burning fire,
Brāhman, or Sūrya,
And the blest Goddess who gave birth to Indra, come unto us
conjoined with strength and vigour!
The brilliancy that is in the lion, the tiger, and the serpent; in Agni, the Brāhmana, and Surya (shall be ours)! May the lovely goddess that bore Indra come to us, endowed with lustre!
avś_06.038.02.
या॒ हस्ति॒नि द्वीपि॒नि या॒ हि॒रण्ये त्वि॒षिर् अप्सु॒ गो॒षु या॒ पु॒रुषेषु ।
इ॒न्द्रं या॒ देवी॒ सुभ॒गा जजा॒न सा॒ न ऐ॒तु व॒र्चसा संविदाना॒ ॥२॥
yā́ hastíni dvīpíni yā́ híraṇye tvíṣir apsú góṣu yā́ púruṣeṣu |
índraṃ yā́ devī́ subhágā jajā́na sā́ na áitu várcasā saṃvidānā́ ||2||
Какой блеск у слона, у пантеры, какой у золота, У вод, у коров, какой у людей -
(Та) счастливая богиня, что родила Индру, Пусть придет она к нам вместе с великолепием!
All energy of elephant and panther, all energy of gold, men, kine,
and waters,
And the blest Goddess who gave birth to Indra come unto us
conjoined with strength and vigour.
(The brilliancy) that is in the elephant, panther, and in gold; in the waters, cattle, and men (shall be ours)! May the lovely goddess that bore Indra come to us, endowed with lustre!

र॒थे अक्षे॒ष्व् ऋषभ॒स्य वा॒जे वा॒ते पर्ज॒न्ये व॒रुणस्य शु॒ष्मे ।
इ॒न्द्रम् या॒ देवी॒ सुभ॒गा जजा॒न सा॒ न ऐ॒तु व॒र्चसा संविदाना॒ ॥३॥
ráthe akṣéṣv r̥ṣabhásya vā́je vā́te parjánye váruṇasya śúṣme |
índram yā́ devī́ subhágā jajā́na sā́ na áitu várcasā saṃvidānā́ ||3||
(Какой блеск) у колесницы, у игральных костей, у мужества быка
У Ваты, у Парджаньи, у неистовства Варуны -
(Та) счастливая богиня, что родила Индру, Пусть придет она к нам вместе с великолепием!
Might in car, axles, in the strong bull's courage, in Varuna's
breath, in Vāta, in Parjanya,
In Warrior, in the war-drum stretched for battle, in the man's
roar and in the horse's mettle,
May the blest Goddess who gave birth to Indra come unto us
conjoined with strength and vigour.
(The brilliancy) that is in the chariot, the dice, in the strenath of the bull; in the wind, Parganya, and in the fire of Varuna (shall be ours)! May the lovely goddess that bore Indra come to us, endowed with lustre!
avś_06.038.04.
राजन्ये॑ दुन्दुभा॒व् आ॒यतायाम् अ॒श्वस्य वा॒जे पु॒रुषस्य मायौ॒ ।
इ॒न्द्रम् या॒ देवी॒ सुभ॒गा जजा॒न सा॒ न ऐ॒तु व॒र्चसा सम्विदाना॒ ॥४॥
rājanyè dundubhā́v ā́yatāyām áśvasya vā́je púruṣasya māyáu |
índram yā́ devī́ subhágā jajā́na sā́ na áitu várcasā samvidānā́ ||4||
(Какой блеск) у раджаньи, у барабана, у нацеленной (стрелы),
У мужества коня, у рёва человека -
(Та) счастливая богиня, что родила Индру, Пусть придет она к нам вместе с великолепием!
(The brilliancy) that is in the man of royal caste, in the stretched drum, in the strength of the horge, in the shout of men (shall be ours)! May the lovely goddess that bore Indra come to us, endowed with lustre!
