य॒द् अ॒न्नम् अ॒द्मि बहुधा॒ वि॒रूपं हि॒रण्यम् अ॒श्वम् उत॒ गा॒म् अजा॒म् अ॒विम् ।
य॒द् एव॒ किं॒ च प्रतिजग्र॒हाह॒म् अग्नि॒ष् ट॒द् धो॒ता सु॒हुतं कृनोतु ॥१॥

yád ánnam ádmi bahudhā́ vírūpaṃ híraṇyam áśvam utá gā́m ajā́m ávim |
yád evá kíṃ ca pratijagráhāhám agníṣ ṭád dhótā súhutaṃ kr̥notu ||1||

Различная еда, которую я часто ем,
Золото, конь, а также корова, коза, овца -
Что бы я ни получил,
Агни-хотар пусть сделает это пожертвованным на благо!

What food I eat of varied form and nature, food whether gold,
or horse, sheep, goat, or bullock,
Whatever gift I have received, may Agni the Hotar make it
sacrifice well-offered.

The varied food which I consume in many places, my gold, my horses, and, too, my cows, goats, and sheep: everything whatsoever that I have received as a gift — may Agni, the priest, render that an auspicious offering!

avś_06.071.02.

य॒न् मा हुत॒म् अ॒हुतम् आजगा॒म दत्तं॒ पितृ॒भिर् अ॒नुमतं मनुष्यैः॒ ।
य॒स्मान् मे म॒न उ॒द् इव रा॒रजीत्य् अग्नि॒ष् ट॒द् धो॒ता सु॒हुतं कृणोतु ॥२॥

yán mā hutám áhutam ājagā́ma dattáṃ pitŕ̥bhir ánumataṃ manuṣyáiḥ |
yásmān me mána úd iva rā́rajīty agníṣ ṭád dhótā súhutaṃ kr̥ṇotu ||2||

Что пришло ко мне пожертвованное-непожертвованное,
Данное отцами, одобренное людьми,
Из-за чего мысль моя как бы сильно приходит в возбуждение, Агни-хотар пусть сделает это пожертвованным на благо!

Whatever, sacrificed or not, hath reached me, bestowed by men
and sanctioned by the Fathers,
Whereby my heart seems to leap up, may Agni the Hotar make
that sacrifice well-offered.

The gift that has come to me by sacrifice, or without sacrifice, bestowed by the Fathers, granted by men, through which my heart, as it were, lights up with joy — may Agni, the priest, render that an auspicious offering!

avś_06.071.03.

य॒द् अ॒न्नम् अ॒द्म्य् अ॒नृतेन देवा दास्य॒न्न् अ॒दास्यन्न् उत॒ संगृणा॒मि ।
वैश्वानर॒स्य महतो॒ महिम्ना॒ शिवं॒ म॒ह्यं म॒धुमद् अस्त्व् अ॒न्नम् ॥३॥

yád ánnam ádmy ánr̥tena devā dāsyánn ádāsyann utá saṃgr̥ṇā́mi |
vaiśvānarásya maható mahimnā́ śiváṃ máhyaṃ mádhumad astv ánnam ||3||

Еда, которую я ем не по закону, о боги,
И обещаю, собираясь (или) не собираясь дать,
Величием великого Вайшванары
Пусть станет она хорошей, медовой едой для меня!

What food I eat unjustly, Gods! or, doubtful between bestow-
ing and refusing, swallow,
Through greatness of Vaisvānara the mighty may that same food
be sweet to me and blessed!

The food that I, O gods, improperly consume, (the food) I promise, intending to give of it (to the Brahmans), or not to give of it, by the might of mighty Vaisvānara (Agni) may (that) food be for me auspicious and full of honey!
