ते॒न भूते॒न हवि॒षाय॒म् आ॒ प्यायतां पु॒नः ।
जाया॒म् या॒म् अस्मा आ॒वाक्षुस् ता॒म् र॒सेनाभि॒ वर्धताम् ॥१॥

téna bhūténa havíṣāyám ā́ pyāyatāṃ púnaḥ |
jāyā́m yā́m asmā ā́vākṣus tā́m rásenābhí vardhatām ||1||

Благодаря этому прошлому жертвенному возлиянию
Пусть снова набухнет этот (человек)!
(Та) жена, что ему привезли, - Пусть соком он станет крепче, чем она!

Let this man be again bedewed with this presented sacrifice.
And comfort with the sap of life the bride whom they have
brought to him.

Through this oblation, that causes prosperity, may this man flourish anew; may he excel the wife that they have brought to him with his sap!

avś_06.078.02.

अभि॒ वर्धतां प॒यसाभि राष्ट्रे॒ण वर्धताम् ।
रय्या॒ सह॒स्रवर्चसेमौ॒ स्ताम् अ॒नुपक्षितौ ॥२॥

abhí vardhatāṃ páyasābhi rāṣṭréṇa vardhatām |
rayyā́ sahásravarcasemáu stām ánupakṣitau ||2||

Пусть он станет крепче жиром! Пусть он станет крепче царством! Благодаря богатству с тысячекратным блеском Пусть эти двое будут неисчерпаемы!

With life's sap let him comfort her, and raise her high with
princely sway.
In wealth that hath a thousand powers, this pair be inexhausti-
ble!

May he excel in strength, excel in royalty! May this couple be inexhaustible in wealth that bestows thousandfold lustre!

avś_06.078.03.

त्व॒ष्टा जाया॒म् अजनयत् त्व॒ष्टास्यै त्वां॒ प॒तिम् ।
त्व॒ष्टा सह॒स्रम् आ॒युंषि दीर्घ॒म् आ॒युः कृणोतु वाम् ॥३॥

tváṣṭā jāyā́m ajanayat tváṣṭāsyai tvā́ṃ pátim |
tváṣṭā sahásram ā́yuṃṣi dīrghám ā́yuḥ kr̥ṇotu vām ||3||

Тваштар породил жену.
Тваштар (породил) тебя мужем для нее. Пусть создаст Тваштар вам двоим Тысячу лет жизни - долголетие!

Tvashtar formed her to be thy dame, Tvashtar made thee to be
her lord.
Long life let Tvashtar give you both. Let Tvashtar give a
thousand lives.

Tvashtar begot (for thee) a wife, Tvashtar for her begot thee as a husband. May Tvashtar bestow upon you two a thousand lives, may he bestow upon you long life!
