इमं॒ य॒वम् अष्टायोगैः॒ षद्योगे॒भिर् अचर्कृषुः ।
ते॒ना ते तन्वो॑ र॒पो ऽपाची॒नम् अ॒प व्यये ॥१॥

imáṃ yávam aṣṭāyogáiḥ ṣadyogébhir acarkr̥ṣuḥ |
ténā te tanvò rápo 'pācī́nam ápa vyaye ||1||

Этот ячмень глубоко запахали
Упряжками из восьми, упряжками из шести.
Им я заставляю уйти прочь
Хворь из твоего тела.

They made this barley ready with a team of eight, a team of six.
With this I drive to westward, far away, thy bodily disease.

This barley they did plough vigorously, with yokes of eight and yokes of six. With it I drive off to a far distance the ailment from thy body.

avś_06.091.02.

न्य॑ग् वा॒तो वाति न्य॑क् तपति सू॒र्यः ।
नीची॒नम् अघ्न्या॒ दुहे न्य॑ग् भवतु ते र॒पः ॥२॥

nyàg vā́to vāti nyàk tapati sū́ryaḥ |
nīcī́nam aghnyā́ duhe nyàg bhavatu te rápaḥ ||2||

Вниз дует ветер, Вниз палит солнце, Вниз доится корова - Вниз пусть сгинет твоя хворь!

Vita breathes downward from above, and downward Sūrya sends
his heat:
Downward is drawn the milch-cow's milk: so downward go thy
malady!

Downward blows the wind, downward burns the sun, downward the cow is milked: downward shall thy ailment pass!

avś_06.091.03.

आ॒प इ॒द् वा॒ उ भेषजी॒र् आ॒पो अमीवचा॒तनीः ।
आ॒पो वि॒श्वस्य भेषजी॒स् ता॒स् ते कृण्वन्तु भेषज॒म् ॥३॥

ā́pa íd vā́ u bheṣajī́r ā́po amīvacā́tanīḥ |
ā́po víśvasya bheṣajī́s tā́s te kr̥ṇvantu bheṣajám ||3||

Воды поистине исцеляют, Воды изгоняют болезни, Воды исцеляют всё -
Пусть создадут они тебе целебное средство!

The Waters verily bring health, the Waters drive disease away.
The Waters cure all malady: may they bring medicine for thee.

The waters verily are healing, the waters chase away disease, the waters cure all (disease): may they prepare a remedy for thee!
