विद्रध॒स्य बला॒सस्य लो॒हितस्य वनस्पते ।
विस॒ल्पकस्यौषधे मो॒च् छिषः पिशितं॒ चन॒ ॥१॥

vidradhásya balā́sasya lóhitasya vanaspate |
visálpakasyauṣadhe móc chiṣaḥ piśitáṃ caná ||1||

От видрадхи, от баласы
Красной, о дерево,
От висалпаки, о растение, Не оставь ни капли!

Of abscess, of decline, of inflammation of the eyes. O Plant,
Of penetrating pain, thou Herb, let not a particle remain.

Of the abscess, of the balāsa, of flow of blood, O plant; of neuralgia, O herb, thou shalt not leave even a speck!

avś_06.127.02.

यौ॒ ते बलास ति॒ष्ठतः क॒क्षे मुष्का॒व् अ॒पश्रितौ ।
वे॒दाहं॒ त॒स्य भेषजं॒ चीपु॒द्रुर् अभिच॒क्षणम् ॥२॥

yáu te balāsa tíṣṭhataḥ kákṣe muṣkā́v ápaśritau |
védāháṃ tásya bheṣajáṃ cīpúdrur abhicákṣaṇam ||2||

(Те) два твоих яичка, о баласа, Что угнездились под мышкой, - Я знаю лекарство от этого: (Это) чипудру заботливая.

Those nerves of thine, Consumption! which stand closely hidden
in thy groin
I know the balm for that disease: the magic cure is Sipudru.

Those two boils (testicles) of thine, O balasa, that are fixed upon the arm-pits-I know the remedy for that: the kīpudru-tree takes care of it.

avś_06.127.03.

यो॒ अ॒ङ्ग्यो यः॒ क॒र्ण्यो यो॒ अक्ष्यो॒र् विस॒ल्पकः ।
वि॒ वृहामो विस॒ल्पकं विद्रधं॒ हृदयामय॒म् ।
प॒रा त॒म् अ॒ज्ञातम् य॒क्ष्मम् अधरा॒ञ्चं सुवामसि ॥३॥

yó áṅgyo yáḥ kárṇyo yó akṣyór visálpakaḥ |
ví vr̥hāmo visálpakaṃ vidradháṃ hr̥dayāmayám |
párā tám ájñātam yákṣmam adharā́ñcaṃ suvāmasi ||3||

Какая висалпака в членах, Какая в ушах, какая в глазах, Мы вырываем висалпаку, Видрадху, болезнь сердца. Эту неизвестную якшму Мы изгоняем прочь (и) вниз.

We draw from thee piercing pain that penetrates and racks thy
limbs,
That pierces ears, that pierces eyes, the abscess, and the heart's
disease.
Downward and far away from thee we banish that unknown.
decline.

The neuralgia that is in the limbs, that is in the ears and in the eyes-we tear them out, the neuralgia, the abscess, and the pain in the heart. That unknown disease do we drive away downward.
