न॒मो रूरा॒य च्य॒वनाय नो॒दनाय धृष्ण॒वे ।
न॒मः शीता॒य पूर्वकामकृ॒त्वने ॥१॥

námo rūrā́ya cyávanāya nódanāya dhr̥ṣṇáve |
námaḥ śītā́ya pūrvakāmakŕ̥tvane ||1||

Поклон жаркой, трясучей,
Толкающей, мощной.
Поклон холодной, исполняющей прежние желания!

Homage to him the burning one, shaker, exciter, violent!
Homage to him the cold who acts according to his ancient will!

Homage (be) to the deliriously hot, the shaking, exciting, impetuous (takman)! Homage to the cold (takman), to him that in the past fulfilled desires!

avś_07.116.02.

यो॒ अन्येद्यु॒र् उभयद्यु॒र् अभ्ये॒तीमं॒ मण्डू॒कम् ।
अभ्य् ए॑त्व् अव्रतः॒ ॥२॥

yó anyedyúr ubhayadyúr abhyétīmáṃ maṇḍū́kam |
abhy ètv avratáḥ ||2||

Та, что нападет на другой день (и та, что) оба дня (подряд), -
Пусть она, беззаконная, нападет на эту лягушку!

May he, the lawless one, who comes alternate or two following
days, pass over and possess the frog.

May (the takman) that returns on the morrow, he that returns on two (successive) days, the impious one, pass into this frog!
