Ни якшмы не мешают тому, Ни проклятие не достает того, До кого доходит приятный запах Целебной гулгулу.
Never Consumption, never curse touches the man, Arundhatī!
Whom the delicious odour of the healing Bdellium penetrates
[Neither diseases, nor yet a curse, enters this person, O arundhatī!] From him that is penetrated by the sweet fragrance of the healing bdellium, diseases flee in every direction, as antelopes and as horses run.

От него разбегаются все якшмы, Как кони от дикого зверя. Если, о гулгулу, ты речная Или если также ты морская,
Consumptions flee apart from it as from a wild beast fly the
deer.
If thou, O Bdellium, art produced from Sindhu or hast come
from sea,
The quality of both have I taken to keep this man unscathed.
Whether, O bdellium, thou comest from the Sindhu (Indus), or whether thou art derived from the sea, I have seized the qualities of both, that this person shall be exempt from harm.

Чтобы этот (человек) был невредим.
