आ त्वा॑ वहन्तु॒ हर॑यो॒ वृष॑णं॒ सोम॑पीतये। इन्द्र॑ त्वा॒ सूर॑चक्षसः॥
ā tvā vahantu harayo vṛṣaṇaṃ somapītaye |
indra tvā sūracakṣasaḥ ||
Пусть привезут тебя буланые кони,
Быка – для питья сомы,
О Индра, тебя – светлые, как солнце!
Dich den Bullen sollen die Falben zum Somatrunk herfahren, dich, Indra, die sonnenaugigen.
LET thy Bay Steeds bring thee, the Strong, hither to drink the Soma draught- Those, Indra, who are bright as suns.

इ॒मा धा॒ना घृ॑त॒स्नुवो॒ हरी॑ इ॒होप॑ वक्षतः। इन्द्रं॑ सु॒खत॑मे॒ रथे॑॥
imā dhānā ghṛtasnuvo harī ihopa vakṣataḥ |
indraṃ sukhatame rathe ||
К этим ячменным зернам, смоченным жиром,
Сюда, пусть привезет Индру
Пара буланых коней на самой быстроходной колеснице
Zu diesen schmalztriefenden Malzkörnern sollen die beiden Falben Indra hierher fahren auf leichtlaufendstem Wagen.
Here are the grains bedewed with oil: hither let the Bay Coursers bring Indra upon his easiest car.

इन्द्रं॑ प्रा॒तर्ह॑वामह॒ इन्द्रं॑ प्रय॒त्य॑ध्व॒रे। इन्द्रं॒ सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॑॥
indram prātar havāmaha indram prayaty adhvare |
indraṃ somasya pītaye ||
Индру мы призываем поутру,
Индру – в ходе обряда,
Индру – на питье сомы.
Indra rufen wir am Morgen, Indra, wenn das Opfer beginnt, Indra zum Trunk des Soma.
Indra at early morn we call, Indra in course of sacrifice, Indra to drink the Soma juice.

उप॑ नः सु॒तमा ग॑हि॒ हरि॑भिरिन्द्र के॒शिभिः॑। सु॒ते हि त्वा॒ हवा॑महे॥
upa naḥ sutam ā gahi haribhir indra keśibhiḥ |
sute hi tvā havāmahe ||
Примчись же к нашему выжатому (соме),
О Индра, на пышногривых буланых конях –
Ведь мы приглашаем тебя к выжатому (соме)!
Komm, Indra, her zu unserem Preßtrank mit den mähnigen Falben, denn wir laden dich zum Preßtrank.
Come hither, with thy long-maned Steeds, O Indra, to- the draught we pour We call thee wher, the juice is shed.

सेमं नः॒ स्तोम॒मा ग॒ह्युपे॒दं सव॑नं सु॒तम्। गौ॒रो न तृ॑षि॒तः पि॑ब॥
semaṃ na stomam ā gahy upedaṃ savanaṃ sutam |
gauro na tṛṣitaḥ piba ||
Приди на это наше восхваление,
На этот праздник выжатого (сомы)!
Пей, как бык, мучимый жаждой!
Komm du her zu unserem Loblied, zu dieser ausgepreßten Trankspende; trink wie ein durstiger Büffel!
Come thou to this our song of praise, to the libation poured for thee Drink of it like a stag athirst.

इ॒मे सोमा॑स॒ इन्द॑वः सु॒तासो॒ अधि॑ ब॒र्हिषि॑। ताँ इ॑न्द्र॒ सह॑से पिब॥
ime somāsa indavaḥ sutāso adhi barhiṣi |
tāṃ indra sahase piba ||
Эти соки сомы, выжатые
Капли – на жертвенной соломе.
Пей их, Индра, для силы!
Diese ausgepreßten Somasäfte sind auf dem Barhis, die trink zur Stärke, Indra!
Here are the drops of Soma juice expressed on sacred grass: thereof Drink, Indra, to increase thy might.

अ॒यं ते॒ स्तोमो॑ अग्रि॒यो हृ॑दि॒स्पृग॑स्तु॒ शंत॑मः। अथा॒ सोमं॑ सु॒तं पि॑ब॥
ayaṃ te stomo agriyo hṛdispṛg astu śantamaḥ |
athā somaṃ sutam piba ||
Это замечательное восхваление
Пусть коснется твоего сердца, самое благодатное!
Так пей же выжатого сому!
Dieses vorzüglichste Loblied soll dein Herz rühren, dir recht zusagen. Dann trink den ausgepreßten Soma!
Welcome to thee be this our hymn, reaching thy heart, most excellent: Then drink the Soma juice expressed.

विश्व॒मित्सव॑नं सु॒तमिन्द्रो॒ मदा॑य गच्छति। वृ॒त्र॒हा सोम॑पीतये॥
viśvam it savanaṃ sutam indro madāya gacchati |
vṛtrahā somapītaye ||
На каждый праздник выжатого сомы
Индра идет для опьянения,
Убийца Вритры – для питья сомы.
Zu jeder ausgepreßten Trankspende kommt Indra, um sich zu berauschen, der Vritratöter zum Somatrunk.
To every draught of pressed-out juice Indra, the Vrtra-slayer, comes, To drink the Soma for delight.

सेमं नः॒ काम॒मा पृ॑ण॒ गोभि॒रश्वैः॑ शतक्रतो। स्तवा॑म त्वा स्वा॒ध्यः॑॥
semaṃ naḥ kāmam ā pṛṇa gobhir aśvaiḥ śatakrato |
stavāma tvā svādhyaḥ ||
Исполни ты это наше желание –
Дай коров, коней, о стосильный!
Мы хотим прославить тебя прекрасной молитвой.
Erfülle du diesen unseren Wunsch durch Rinder, Rosse, du Ratreicher! Wir wollen dich mit gutem Bedacht preisen.
Fulfil, O Satakratu, all our wish with horses and with kine: With holy thoughts we sing thy praise.
