इ॒हेन्द्रा॒ग्नी उप॑ ह्वये॒ तयो॒रित्स्तोम॑मुश्मसि। ता सोमं॑ सोम॒पात॑मा॥
ihendrāgnī upa hvaye tayor it stomam uśmasi |
tā somaṃ somapātamā ||
Сюда Индру-Агни я призываю.
Это их хвалить мы стремимся.
Они больше всех пьют сому.
Indra und Agni rufe ich hierher; wir wünschen ihren Lobpreis; die beiden sind die größten Somatrinker.
INDRA and Agni I invoke fain are we for their song of praise Chief Soma-drinkers are they both.

ता य॒ज्ञेषु॒ प्र शं॑सतेन्द्रा॒ग्नी शु॑म्भता नरः। ता गा॑य॒त्रेषु॑ गायत॥
tā yajñeṣu pra śaṃsatendrāgnī śumbhatā naraḥ |
tā gāyatreṣu gāyata ||
Восславьте их обоих на жертвоприношениях!
Индру-Агни украсьте, о мужи!
Воспойте их в песнях (размером) Гаятри!
Diese beiden preiset bei Opfern, verherrlichet Indra und Agni, ihr Männer; besinget sie in Sangesliedern!
Praise ye, O men, and glorify Indra-Agni in the holy rites: Sing praise to them in sacred songs.

ता मि॒त्रस्य॒ प्रश॑स्तय इन्द्रा॒ग्नी ता ह॑वामहे। सो॒म॒पा सोम॑पीतये॥
tā mitrasya praśastaya indrāgnī tā havāmahe |
somapā somapītaye ||
Эти двое – во славу Митре.
Индру-Агни – их мы зовем,
Двух любителей пить сому – на питье сомы.
Diese beiden gereichen Mitra zum Preise. Indra und Agni rufen wir, die beiden Somatrinker zum Somatrunke.
Indra and Agni we invite, the Soma-drinkers, for the fame Of Mitra, to the Soma-draught.
rv01.021.04
उ॒ग्रा सन्ता॑ हवामह॒ उपे॒दं सव॑नं सु॒तम्। इ॒न्द्रा॒ग्नी एह ग॑च्छताम्॥
ugrā santā havāmaha upedaṃ savanaṃ sutam |
indrāgnī eha gacchatām ||
Мы призываем (их двоих,) бывающих грозными,
Сюда, к выжатому соме.
Пусть Индра-Агни придут сюда!
Die Gewaltigen rufen wir her zu dieser ausgepreßten Trankspende: Indra und Agni sollen hierher kommen.
Strong Gods, we bid them come to this libation that stands ready here: Indra and Agni, come to us.

ता म॒हान्ता॒ सद॒स्पती॒ इन्द्रा॑ग्नी॒ रक्ष॑ उब्जतम्। अप्र॑जाः सन्त्व॒त्रिणः॑॥
tā mahāntā sadaspatī indrāgnī rakṣa ubjatam |
aprajāḥ santv atriṇaḥ ||
Как два великие господина сиденья,
О Индра-Агни, придавите ракшаса!
Да будут бездетными атрины!
Als die großen Schutzherren des Opferhauses fanget den Unhold ein, Indra und Agni! Kinderlos sollen die Atrin´s sein!
Indra and Agni, mighty Lords of our assembly, crush the fiends: Childless be the devouring ones.

तेन॑ स॒त्येन॑ जागृत॒मधि॑ प्रचे॒तुने॑ प॒दे। इन्द्रा॑ग्नी॒ शर्म॑ यच्छतम्॥
tena satyena jāgṛtam adhi pracetune pade |
indrāgnī śarma yacchatam ||
Силой этой истины бодрствуйте
Над приметным следом!
О Индра-Агни, даруйте защиту!
So wahr ich dies sage, wachet beide über ihre kenntliche Spur! Indra und Agni gewähret Schirm!
Watch ye, through this your truthfulness, there in the place of spacious view Indra and Agni, send us bliss.
