Pāṇinian links added to Monier-Williams

Pāṇinian references in the Monier-Williams dictionary (MW) were linked, connecting its citations of Pāṇini's grammar to their targets.

This is part of the broader "Dictionary to Book" effort that turns abbreviated source references in the entries into live click-throughs — see Issue Taxonomy for how those link targets are built.
