Goal
Ship P0 use cases UC-1, UC-3, UC-8, UC-11, UC-13 so prefaces become a machine-readable legend store that feeds the site Abbreviations UI, a documented fold registry, residual analytics for a methods appendix, and FAIR-facing docs — without inventing body forms or touching csl-orig.
